Lifestyle change post coronavirus lock down

It is now the end of June, three months and we are now able to venture out since lock down was introduced in mid March,  for most of us anyway. I am now feeling the effects of no exercise and eating the wrong things. 

I tried on some clothes for my closet the other day and was mortified nothing fits me, panic meltdown noooooo, this can’t be happening there was no squeezing into anything without an elasticated waist I was horrified; a lifestyle change is in order, 

It only took three months to gain all this weight but I know it will take months if not a year to lose this weight the right way. So today I decided to do something about it.

I have always kept my weight in check by trying on my old school skirt. If it felts tight I would reduce the amount of junk food I consume from my diet until I can fit into my skirt comfortably.  I have taken measurements to check my progress once a month to see how I am getting on.

Ok with my lifestyle change of course shopping had been incorporated so online I went in search of matching pieces to work out in, if you know me I know you will not be surprised by that statement at all  lol.  Check back in this time next month for an update.
