Over the years I have invested in some of the most expensive facial products promising me the world, control oil, breakout and minimise pores only to fail.
Today I thought I would share with you the cleansing products I use. Note I have extremely, extremely oily skin! I’ve been using this product years now and it has remains a favourite I swear by it. Simple seems to be the only product that helps with my super oily face I am not talking about my T- Zone oh no I mean my whole face.
My skincare routine consists of the following:
Simple Clear Skin Oil Balancing Cleansing Wipes
Simple Oil Balancing Cleansing Wipes are a god send, I have gone to bed with makeup on before so many times I can’t even count I should know better right, considering I have such oily skin. After discovering Simple Oil Balancing Cleansing Wipes I haven’t looked back. I use the wipes at the end of my day as part of my skincare routine to remove my make-up (now the real me can shine through!) these wipes also help revive and tone my skin. The wipes are quite soft and are I guess a standard size to give my face a thorough cleanse before I wash with Simple Oil Balancing Exfoliating Wash.

The next step is the Oil Balancing Exfoliating Wash it contains witch hazel which is a plus in my book as it is really good for acne, not that I suffer from acne, but I do get the occasional breakout if I stray from my cleansing routine or use other products on my face. After using the Oil Balancing Exfoliating Wash my face feels clean and refreshed and my pores feel tighter which is a plus.
Simple Clear Skin Oil Balancing Moisturiser
Following on from the Oil Balancing Exfoliating Wash is the Oil Balancing Moisturiser again I use it morning and night. It absorbs into my skin pretty quickly which is a plus this moisturiser controls my shine somewhat and has a matte finish my face does not feel cloggy. This Oil Balancing Moisturiser contains zinc and chamomile so it absorbs excess oil and soothes my skin, it does what it says on the tube. I love it.
Simple Water Boost Hydrating Booster
I have recently invested in Simple Water Boost Hydrating Booster as I have noticed after washing my face it has felt really dry and tight (definitely not normal for an oily person!) so just before I apply my moisturiser I apply the Simple Hydrating Booster. Now it is still a little early to review as I have only been using for a few weeks but will update you with my finding in a future post.
