I thought I would get ahead of the crowd this year and grab myself a shirtdress this piece never gets old. We will be approaching spring/summer shortly and the shirtdress is a welcomed addition to any wardrobe most importantly it is easy to wear.
I was drawn to this shirtdress when I saw the extra-long cuffs (the I am wearing my beas look, lol) plus the relaxed look; when it arrived, I was even more impressed with the material it was sooo soft.
Another way to wear this dress is with a belt to Cinch in the waist for a flattering look and of course, heels. As you can see from the picture, I paired my shirtdress with ankle boots for effortless style and I will be wearing it with open toe ankle boots for an edgy look, as the weather gets warmer. Remember you can also wear with flats for an effortless look.
For my plus size ladies Boohoo has a White Shirt dress with frills on the sleeve which is not to overpowering and is right on trend at the moment.
